“Is it a teacher?”

“No, it’s an aunt I don’t know.”

When Wei Lingzhu heard this, her heart suddenly thumped hard in her chest. How could there be an unknown woman next to her daughter? And this voice in the background sounded vaguely familiar.

As if to answer her doubts, the woman’s voice came from the phone, “Nannan, I am your mother’s friend. Can I say a few words to your mother?”

“Okay,” Nannan held out the smart watch so the aunt could talk. 

The teacher nearby saw that the two of them seemed familiar with each other, and a smile flashed in her eyes. She really believed that this woman was Wei Lingzhu’s friend.

When Wei Lingzhu saw her daughter with her lover’s wife, she was both angry and anxious, tears coming to her eyes. Her daughter was the treasure in the palm of her hands, and she won’t allow anyone to touch her!

While she was waiting anxiously, her phone rang again. She checked and saw that it was an unknown number.

As soon as the call was connected, a familiar voice came from the phone: “Your daughter is very cute. If you don’t want anything to happen to your daughter, you know who to listen to.”

Wei Lingzhu gritted her teeth. Her pride was completely broken, and she had no resistance left, “I understand, what do you want me to do?”

“I thought you were great at fighting, but I didn’t expect you to be nothing more than this.” The woman’s tone contained a hint of contempt despite the cheer.

Wei Lingzhu was furious, but she didn’t dare to curse at all, so she could only say, “Do you want me to leave him? I will. I will take my daughter away tomorrow.”

Even if his first wife hadn’t called, Wei Lingzhu already planned to break up with her lover.
