At noon the next day, just after Jian Hang finished her lunch, Feng Mai came to visit.

Jian Hang asked the front desk to let her up and asked her secretary to make coffee.

Feng Mai brought a large bouquet of flowers and looked around Jian Hang’s office. It was smaller than she expected.

She took a few steps forward and placed the flowers on the desk.

Jian Hang motioned for her to sit down, “I’m not used to you being so polite.”

Feng Mai smiled and said, “You’ll get used to it after a while.”

There was no time for nonsense so she got straight to the point, “My dad wants to meet and talk with you.”

Jian Hang knew Feng Mai’s character. She may be arrogant, but she would not play tricks regarding official matters.

Over the meal, they talked about Jian Hang and her capabilities. Han Shuang said in a roundabout way that her company lacked a capable person.

Behind the veiled words, Han Shuang was implying that she wanted Jian Hang to go over.

Because his wife made a fuss in Jian Hang’s office, Gao Yu had always felt guilty towards Jian Hang, and he bore in mind that if there was any opportunity that came his way, he would seize it for Jian Hang.

Jian Hang hung up the call and threw the phone aside.

If Han Shuang knew that she didn’t want to add her contact information, she would probably think that Jian Hang was disrespectful.
