As soon as Luo Qi opened the door, Chu Lin’s call came in.

The last time they met was a few months ago. Chu Lin had been recording a show recently and had only had some free time in the past few days.

Every year during the National Day holiday, Chu Lin would go to Suzhou to stay for a few days. She had a house in Suzhou, and she also planned to go there this year—but this time she was going to sell her house.

Jiang Shenghe didn’t know whether she was really afraid of the heat or was too reserved to wear his clothes. But now that she was this close, he spread his suit jacket around her, then wrapped her in his arms.

He hugged her for a long time and didn’t let go.
